LabGenz — OAuth Proxy Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the OAuth proxy service operated by LabGenz (“LabGenz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), made available to administrators of WordPress sites running the “Syncly for GoHighLevel” plugin (“Plugin”) and any related LabGenz plugins that rely on the same proxy. By connecting a GoHighLevel account through the Plugin, you (“you” or the “Site Administrator”) agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

The LabGenz OAuth proxy (“Service”) is a server-side intermediary used during the OAuth authorization flow between a WordPress site and GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. The Service exists so that OAuth client credentials are not distributed inside the publicly downloadable Plugin code.

The Service handles, on your behalf and only when you initiate a connection, reconnection, or token refresh:

  • OAuth authorization codes
  • OAuth refresh tokens
  • GoHighLevel location and/or account identifiers
  • Related token request metadata (timestamps, request status, error codes)

The Service does not access, store, or process your GoHighLevel contact data, CRM records, form submissions, or WordPress site content. That data flows directly between your WordPress site and GoHighLevel’s own APIs, governed by GoHighLevel’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by administrators of WordPress sites who have installed the Plugin and who hold, or are authorized to connect, a GoHighLevel account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any purpose other than facilitating the OAuth connection between your WordPress site and your own GoHighLevel account;
  • Attempt to access, intercept, or interfere with OAuth flows belonging to other users;
  • Use the Service to circumvent GoHighLevel’s own terms, rate limits, or security controls;
  • Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to disrupt the proxy infrastructure.

4. Data Retention

Authorization codes are exchanged and discarded immediately upon successful token issuance. Refresh tokens and related metadata are retained only as long as necessary to support the active OAuth connection (i.e., to issue renewed access tokens) and are deleted upon disconnection or reasonable inactivity. 5. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LabGenz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LabGenz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Relationship to GoHighLevel

LabGenz and the Plugin are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel or HighLevel. Your use of GoHighLevel’s platform remains subject to GoHighLevel’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at gohighlevel.com.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

LabGenz may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your GoHighLevel account within the Plugin. LabGenz may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user found to violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer-protection law.
