Execution Rules

To count as a valid day:

  • Cold water immersion

  • Minimum 1 minute

  • Water must be uncomfortably cold

  • Full body immersion (legs + torso minimum)

Show up tired.
Show up busy.
Show up anyway.

Proof of Completion (Daily)

Each day, submit:

  • 1 photo OR 1 short video during the ice bath

Proof must be from the same day.
