BizWorld.org has empowered over 890,000 young entrepreneurs worldwide. Their existing platform couldn’t keep up. Labgenz rebuilt it from the ground up — a feature-dense education ecosystem serving students, educators, school administrators, and platform admins, each with purpose-built experiences.
Two educator modes, one platform:
Teachers operate either as a standalone classroom or as part of an entire school network — with admin hierarchy, enrollment control, and reporting scoped accordingly.
What Labgenz built:

• Student LMS portal with GamiPress gamification tied to course progress
• Pre and post assessment system per program with automatic scoring
• LearnDash reporting dashboard — completion rates, scores, progress per student and class
• Teacher dashboard with classroom and school-mode switching
• Admin panel for full student and educator management

The result: A production platform serving 10,000–100,000 students and 500–5,000 educators across 100–1,000 schools globally — replacing a legacy system with something built to scale internationally.

PooPrints needed a platform from scratch — not a website, a full operational system. Labgenz architected and built the entire product on a custom WordPress plugin stack, handling everything from dog DNA registration to incident resolution workflows across hundreds of US properties.
Four distinct user roles, four distinct experiences:
Property managers submit and track waste incidents. Garbage collectors receive location-based assignments. DNA testers log sample results against registered dog profiles. Dog owners register pets and receive notifications. Every role gets a purpose-built BuddyBoss-powered dashboard with LearnDash onboarding courses scoped to their access level.
What Labgenz built — entirely custom:

• Full incident report submission, assignment, and resolution workflow
• Dog DNA profile registry linked to owner accounts
• Role-based LearnDash course access for onboarding each user type
• WooCommerce property purchasing and subscription billing
• Keap CRM integration for lead and client lifecycle management
• Automated notifications across incident stages
• Document and report generation per incident
• Map-based location tracking for collector dispatching

The result: A live, revenue-generating SaaS platform serving 2,000+ users across 50–200 onboarded properties, with 1,000–5,000 incidents processed through the system — and growing on an ongoing retainer.

MLM Mastery Club needed more than a new look — they needed a complete platform migration built to scale. Labgenz architected and delivered a production-grade membership ecosystem on WordPress, with a fully custom performance layer on top of BuddyBoss, LearnDash, WooCommerce Subscriptions, and AffiliateWP.
The challenge was migrating an active paying community without downtime, while introducing tiered access, gamification, and affiliate tracking that their previous platform couldn’t support.
What Labgenz built:

• 3-tier membership gating (Discovery → Team Leader → Freedom Builder) via WooCommerce Subscriptions
• GamiPress gamification layer — points, badges, and progress tied to course completion
• AffiliateWP integration for member referral tracking and commission payouts
• Zoom live call embedding within the BuddyBoss community experience
• A fully custom BuddyBoss child theme — not a skin, a ground-up UI layer

The result: Page loads under 1 second on a platform serving thousands of concurrent members, zero subscription billing disruptions post-migration, and a community that retention-loops users through gamification rather than relying on content alone.
