Delivery and refunds

Current setup and custom-project requests are not purchases. Delivery, acceptance, support and refund terms are agreed in writing before payment.

Noor Launch Sprint and custom projects

The current Launch Sprint covers one agreed workflow and one supported connection, three test cases, a recorded handover and 14 days of defect support. Timing and running costs are confirmed before payment. See the current setup scope. No automatic refund or legacy offer credit is implied.

Legacy First System Proof demonstration only

The following baseline belongs only to the separate /start staging demonstration. It is not the delivery or refund contract for the Launch Sprint or custom work.

When the legacy clock starts

Delivery is due within 7 business days after complete intake and all required access or approved sample data are received.

If Labgenz misses the contract

Labgenz guarantees the agreed build and end-to-end functional test—not views, reach, leads, appointments, or revenue. If work controlled by Labgenz prevents the path from passing that test, we correct it or refund the undelivered portion.

Customer delay or scope change

The delivery date pauses when required information, access, or approval is missing. Material scope changes require written agreement and may change timing or price.

Install credit

The proof remains useful on its own; Its approved assets and decisions carry into any separately agreed ongoing service. No retainer or larger purchase is required.
