This page describes information handled by the Labgenz website. A separate data and access agreement is completed before client production systems are connected.
Invitation requests
When you submit an invitation request, we save your email, the session or installation you requested, your optional business role, your email preferences, and the time and version of your permission. Campaign, content and messaging-variant identifiers from the link may accompany the request. We do not put your email address into referral links.
Requests are stored in our hosted database so they survive page reloads and service restarts. Repeated submissions for the same email and program are combined. A request is not a booking, payment, or confirmation of attendance. No automated email is sent by the current invitation form.
How we contact you
The required permission covers your specific request and its joining or booking details. The separate, optional checkbox covers occasional guides and future invitations. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent your request. To change your preference or cancel a request, email aymane@getlabgenz.com.
Free Academy registration and progress
The first Academy lesson is available without registering. To unlock the remaining lessons, we ask for your first name and email and record your registration permission. Optional guides and offers require a separate checkbox. Registering does not purchase a product or subscribe you to a paid plan; the course form sends no automatic email.
After registration, we store your lesson notes, completed knowledge checks and self-reported practice in our hosted database. Use non-sensitive examples: do not enter passwords, API keys or private client information. Course notes are not sent to an AI model or to Noor. Exporting your starter kit downloads a file to your device; it does not share your notes with Labgenz sales.
A necessary, browser-specific course cookie lets you return to your progress for up to 180 days. It is not a verified email login and does not provide cross-device account recovery. Clearing the cookie can remove your access to that saved session; registering again does not reveal an earlier registration’s notes. Contact us to request correction or deletion of stored registration and course records. Closing the tab or clearing the cookie does not itself delete those records.
Other website information
We may receive correspondence, purchase and intake details, and consent-based site events. Optional analytics are controlled through the website preference. No contact details are required to read, copy, or download the free Content Kit. Its checklist is temporary and resets when you leave.
Providers and access
Hosting providers process the submitted information to operate the site. Contact data is not displayed in a public directory. The current form does not enroll you in BuddyBoss, create an Instagram relationship, transmit your details to Noor, or add you to a payment provider. Labgenz does not sell personal information.
Your choices
Contact aymane@getlabgenz.com to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of an email preference. Commercial and delivery records may need to be retained where required. Before new production integrations are enabled, their purpose, access and data handling must be confirmed.
