The logic behind the workspace
The useful part is what happens between a request and a result: relevant knowledge, clear instructions, tools that can act, and a person who can see what happened.
Learn how an AI system works →Your offer, voice, customer context and approved sources give the work a useful foundation.
Information retrieval selects relevant material. Stored facts need a source, business scope and a way to correct or remove them. More context is not automatically better context.
What is the outcome? Which steps are needed? What is missing? Decide the scope before handing work to AI.
A work plan should identify inputs, allowed actions, an owner, a budget and a stopping condition. The planned interface makes those boundaries inspectable; they are not a guarantee of execution.
A model helps interpret and draft. A tool reads a file, retrieves information or performs a permitted action. Noor coordinates the configured workflow.
The current engine supports a bounded tool loop and usage recording. Model choice depends on configuration. An external connection needs credentials, supported actions and error handling—not just a model name.
See the prepared work, what informed it and what needs your judgment. If something fails or cannot be verified, that should stay visible.
Preparing, approving, executing and confirming are separate states. An uncertain tool result needs reconciliation, not a green success badge. Publishing and sending require separate connection and permission checks.
From your first conversation to your first useful workflow
The intended setup journey is guided and specific. You should know what to provide, what is connected and what is ready before a workflow runs.

The inspected app has a lead-stage orbit, populated content radar, production board, conversation interface, routing and usage records. These are working development surfaces—not a claim that every workflow is launch-ready.
The Astra-style cockpit, sample character profile and connected walkthrough are a proposed UI refinement. Labgenz’s current character is not configured. This interactive page is a design reference—not a live Noor session.
Available actions depend on the workflow, provider access, permissions, hosting and budget. Automatic outreach sending is currently disabled in the reference system; content publishing is manual.
