Current services

The Noor Launch Sprint is a request-first setup service. Scope, supported connections, timing, third-party costs, support and refund terms must be agreed before payment. Self-serve Noor access is not yet open.

Legacy First System Proof demonstration

The separate /start staging demonstration describes a fixed, seven-business-day engagement that begins after complete intake and required access. Deliverables and boundaries are stated on the First System Proof page and purchase record.

This legacy offer is not the Noor Launch Sprint. Its terms do not automatically apply to other services. See current ways to start.

No performance guarantee

Labgenz guarantees the published delivery contract, not revenue, reach, rankings, conversion, or automation outcomes. Representative workflows and internal operations are not client performance claims.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, lawful data and access, timely approvals, and the rights required for supplied content, likeness, accounts, and systems.

Intellectual property

After full payment, customer-specific deliverables are licensed or assigned as stated in the purchase record. Labgenz retains its pre-existing methods, reusable components, product code, and general know-how.
