Start with what you have.
A modern desktop browser and a laptop that can unzip a folder. The starter needs no installation command, server, hosting plan or AI key.
Can I use my phone?
You can explore the browser preview on your phone. Local HTML files may not work in mobile file-preview apps. Use a Mac or Windows laptop for the downloaded kit; the setup guide lets you copy a link to continue there.
Which AI account do I need?
Use your own AI chat that can produce a JSON response. Copy and paste is the baseline path. File uploads and account limits depend on your provider and plan; no account tier is certified by this pilot.
Keep your AI. Give it structure.
The kit’s prompt asks about your goal, time and permitted material. Your AI prepares a structured plan; you check its usefulness and sources before importing it.

Is my AI subscription connected?
No. This starter uses a manual handoff. Labgenz does not receive your AI credentials or run your subscription. Your AI provider’s normal costs, limits and privacy terms apply to what you choose to share there.
Does the downloaded workspace work offline?
Yes, after extracting the complete kit. Reading and editing the local plan does not need an AI call. Your separate AI conversation requires whatever access your provider normally needs.
A saved plan. A separate backup.
Progress saves in the current browser when storage is available. An exported JSON file is your durable copy—keep one before updates, changing browsers or starting a new week.
The workspace cannot save. What now?
Keep the page open and use Export backup. Import that file the next time you open the workspace. Browser storage may be blocked in private mode or for local files; the kit shows a warning when saving is unavailable.
Why was my import rejected?
The starter checks the file before changing your current plan. Use the kit’s exact format: valid JSON under 100 KB, one to seven actions and source quotes. Remove code fences and use sample-plan.json as the reference. Keep your original backup; a rejected file does not replace the current plan.
Can I move from the preview to my downloaded kit?
Yes. Export a backup from the online preview, open the downloaded workspace and import that file. They may use separate browser-storage locations; neither automatically syncs to the other.
Know where the information goes.
The workspace does not send your programme material, reflections or plan files to Labgenz. You decide what to share with your AI provider. Use non-sensitive examples while exploring; never include passwords or confidential client information.
What does Labgenz save when I request a kit?
The kit-request form saves your email and optional marketing preference separately from workspace data. Automatic email delivery is not connected in this preview. You can download the available kit through the setup guide.

Can I give a branded version to clients?
That needs an agreed setup, distribution rights and support scope. Tell us about your programme and who will use it. We confirm fit and terms before an order; no checkout is activated here.
Discuss a branded client systemWhat should I include in a support question?
The product and version, your browser, the step you were on and a non-sensitive description of what happened. Leave out passwords, API keys and private client files. A minimal made-up example is more useful than your full data.
