One real situation. Two levels of depth.
You want dinners that share ingredients so the shopping list fits what you actually cook.
A meal board and grocery list bring your preferences and available preparation time together.
Saved household preferences, pantry planning and a meal collection would reduce repeated setup.
The upgrade is less repeated household planning—not a promise of perfect nutrition or live store prices.
These outlines describe the intended kits, not capabilities you can download today. Final Pro scope and pricing will be confirmed before release. No payment or reservation is taken.
The proposed setup, so you know what would be involved.
Swap prepared dinners, adjust servings and pantry quantities, then export the recalculated shopping list. No live AI, recipe search or grocery account is connected.
List what you enjoy, what you have and what must be avoided.
Use your own AI to organise meal ideas and a matching ingredient list.
Check ingredients, portions and substitutions yourself before shopping or cooking.
Use your AI in its own app. Labgenz does not receive your ChatGPT or Claude password. A chat subscription does not automatically connect this workspace to a model; any API connection would need separate implementation and may have separate usage charges.
Check allergens and food safety independently. This is not a therapeutic diet or medical service.
A little overlap in the kitchen goes a long way. Start with these vegetarian dinners, then make the plan yours.
Cook the rice following its packet instructions.
Warm the oil in a frying pan. Add the drained chickpeas and halved tomatoes; cook until the tomatoes soften.
Fold in the spinach until wilted. Finish with the lemon juice and spoon over the rice.
Chickpeas, tomatoes and spinach also appear on Tuesday. The grocery list combines their measured amounts; no leftover portions are assumed.
What you have comes off the list.
Tick an ingredient to cover its full amount, or enter how much you have. Pantry quantities stay fixed when servings change.
One measure per ingredient: dry rice and pasta, drained beans, lemon juice in ml. Use label quantities to choose packs; no pack sizes are assumed.
3 ingredients already covered.
Only the shortfall reaches your shopping list.
Combined across all three dinners. Checkmarks clear if an item’s shopping quantity changes.
Your dinners, preparation notes, pantry amounts and shopping list travel together.
Try a dinner swap, adjust your pantry, then take the list with you.
